1. Return Eligibility

* The product is unused and unopened.
* The item remains in its original packaging.
* The product is in resalable condition.
* Proof of purchase is provided.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged by the customer, or altered after delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
* Opened cream chargers and gas cylinders.
* Used dispensing equipment.
* Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
* Clearance, promotional, or custom orders unless defective.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, please provide:
* Order number.
* Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
* Description of the issue.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
4. Return Shipping Costs
* If the return is due to our error (incorrect, defective, or damaged product), ECB Whipped Cream will cover the return shipping costs.
* If the return is requested for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return procedure outlined above.
